This podcast is based on the highly acclaimed book written by Mendel Kalmenson.

In it, Rabbi Kalmenson explores the amazing way in which the Lubavitcher Rebbe had a bias towards seeing things in a positive light. The book also points us to the foundational principles and building blocks that we can use to implement this lens of reality into our psyche, so that we too can experience positive living.
