We are quite excited to see what he has done!&nbsp;
On top of everything Richard has High Functioning Asperger syndrome.&nbsp;
He discusses having to observe people being "normal" in order to act more "normal" and not alienate people!&nbsp;
Wow! What an inspirational story this turned out to be!&nbsp;
We can overcome anything!&nbsp;
We can hit any goal we put our minds too!!
It's all about the drive and mindset!&nbsp;
