In this episode I'm sharing with you guys the development of my psychological perspective and how it relates to the idea of worker sovereignty. I focus in particular on the idea of self actualization and how we can use that as a model to guide labor workers and entrepreneurs to reach a point of worker sovereignty. I also try to address current cultural messages and stigmas that are hurting worker sovereignty like the dichotomy between self-fulfillment and economic prosperity, being unemployed, requesting accommodations from your job.
