In a special episode of the Pondering Papaya podcast, Sam caught up with Josh Roles who from 2015 to 2018 worked at McLaren.

Starting at the Royal Navy, Josh moved to work on McLaren's GT cars before joining the racing team in 2017.

He later became one of Fernando Alonso's number two mechanics and explains what the Spaniard was like to work with as well as revealing what life at the MTC was like.
