Welcome to the Pomp & Unpopular Podcast where we honor and encourage nuanced, open, raw, honest, and often irreverent conversation on controversial and current events. It is our belief that we cannot sustainably affect change if we are unable to hear all aspects of an issue, ask the uncomfortable questions, and share our true opinions. How can we be vulnerable if we can never take off the mask? How can we locate and remove the cancers within our society and within our own personal thinking, if we keep sweeping every little thing under the rug, or reduce the issues at hand to triviality? Things are not black and white, we all live in shades of grey. Life is simply complex. We must be transparent in order to truly assess and explore our options.
