We had the chance to talk to Becky a few days ago, but whilst editing we were able to imbibe on a gin Colins, which is delicious! Grab a refreshing drink and dive in!
Gin Collins

Gin Collins are one of Our absolute favorites. Please try it out, it is so absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
1 part lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
3 par gin more or less, to taste
6 part club soda or until glass is full
lemon slices for garnish (optional)
