A light and refreshing drink of gin and champagne, makes a delicious drink for a brunch, or a fancy party!
Ingredients (adapted from simplyrecipes.com). Yield 1 drink
* 1 ounce gin
* 1/2 ounce simple syrup
* 1/2 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
* Ice cubes
* 3 ounces champagne or Prosecco
Method
Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes and shake until frost forms on the shaker. Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne or Prosecco! ENJOY!
