Donald Trump has withdrawn the US from the JCPOA - a multilateral agreement designed to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon - yet at the same time, the administration is pursuing an unprecedented summit with - already nuclear capable - North Korea... is there reason in this Trumpiness?
