In this episode of Policy and Pound Cake, the Bass Sisters ask you why are there so many help-wanted signs and so few people taking the work? Have we reached a crisis where free stimulus money juicing the economy is killing the free market? Our Free Market Pro Capitalist minds want to know.

They also take on the policy of Frederick Douglass speech cherry pickers....The great Mr. Douglass gave many speeches that trace the history of America about the Fourth of July. His 1852 speech is often used to rightly point out the contradiction of what celebrating freedom meant to enslaved people. But after the Emancipation proclamation, his speeches in 1865, 1875 call for African Americans to own the holiday.
