Sidney is the founder and CEO of ModHR. She founded and built Mod HR to meet the human resources needs of small companies without the resources to hire a full-time HR specialist, or whose HR needs outpace their HR team.

Sidney also founded the non-profit, Together, Let's Face It. Let's Face It combines the power of personal storytelling with a safe platform for deep-dive discussions. We face uncomfortable and frightening truths. We ask questions, talk through misunderstandings and mull over solutions.
