S1: Ep. 2: The Wind Cries Malcom: Jimi Hendrix, Mac Miller and the perils of substance abuse.
The lives and deaths of Jimi Hendrix and Mac Miller and the dangers of substance abuse and mental illness. The Wind Cries Mary By: Jimi Hendrix After all jacks are in their boxesAnd the clowns have all gone to bedYou can hear happiness staggering on down the streetFootprints dressed in red And the wind whispers Mary A broom is drearily sweepingUp the broken pieces of yesterday's lifeSomewhere a queen is weepingSomewhere a king has no wife And the wind, it cries Mary The traffic lights they turn a blue tomorrowAnd shine their emptiness down on my bedThe tiny island sags downstream'Cause the life that they lived is dead And the wind screams Mary Will the wind ever remember? The names it has blown in the pastAnd with its crutch, its old age and its wisdomIt whispers "no, this will be the last" And the wind cries Mary   Source: Musixmatch Songwriters: Jimi Hendrix The Wind Cries Mary lyrics © Experience Hendrix Llc, Experience Hendrix Llc.
