What happened in the last 100 years has deep roots
Loving the current episodes! - have now gone to the beginning and I am enjoying the Cimbri arc. Highly recommend. Also Angela 4eva💗

OK, but painful to stick with
Too much restatement and inconsequential extraneous blathering, but has good content. To hold interest, it helps to increase the delivery speed to 1.5X.

Fascinating
It is obvious to me that Jacob loves this topic and, just as important, knows it well. As other reviewers have noted, I always learn something new when I listen to an episode. Keep up the good work!

Painful to listen to.
Sounds like a middle school project from someone who got a lot of participation ribbons growing up.

History Buffer
Mediocre
After listening to the series on the Cimbri Wars it’s clear that the host is not a historian, merely an amateur enthusiast with only a superficial understanding of both the nature and causes of the conflict. Further, the podcasts are riddled with mispronunciations of tribal names, ancient cities, Roman generals, etc. More research, coupled with further effort presenting the material, will hopefully lead to a better and more polished podcast in the future.
