The Internet gets me down sometimes. People telling me what I should do about my mental health is bad for my mental health. There's too many people out there who want to tell me how I should exercise, how I should stretch, how I should breathe, what or how I should eat, think, not think, behave, be, have. So I need to get it off my chest.
