In today’s episode, we answer several questions that have been sent to us regarding the role of pastors, and assorted positions. There is much confusion as to how far a pastor’s authority goes, and there has been much debate regarding how involved in people’s lives he is to be. Sadly, there are dictators and cultish-like men who eventually obtain these places of power. How do we know who is right and who is wrong? The best way I know to decipher this, is to define these terms, and then see what the biblical role of leadership is.
