Shan Nash

Born in Balochestan, Iran, Shan Nash is a DJ, producer, and storyteller whose performances blur the line between music, ritual, and human connection.

Raised among the rich traditions of the East, Shan developed a deep fascination with rhythm, emotion, and the invisible energy that music creates between people. Rather than following trends or genres, he creates sonic journeys that draw from ancient cultures, forgotten melodies, and raw human emotion, transforming every performance into an immersive experience.

Music was never simply a career—it became his voice. Pursuing it came with significant personal sacrifices, forcing him to leave the country he loves in order to freely express his art. Iran remains at the heart of his identity, and every performance carries a piece of its spirit.

Shan doesn’t approach a set as a DJ mixing records. He approaches it as a storyteller, carefully guiding energy from beginning to end. His performances unfold like a ceremony—hypnotic, unpredictable, emotional, and deeply immersive. Rather than defining himself by genre, he follows intuition, reading the room and shaping each moment into a unique experience. Many describe his presence behind the decks as almost shamanic, where rhythm becomes language and music becomes a form of collective healing.
