Time for season 2 of the PlanWell Podcast! We've been busy growing our team and planning out some exciting stuff that CEP will be doing!

We're now up to 11 team members and we have added a second Cary office. We are excited to be able to help out more people in our community!

We will also be starting a memorial scholarship for students who have been impacted by drug addiction, in memory of Paul's late brother, Will.

Lastly, we will be showing our appreciation for Special Education teachers. Listen to find out how you might be able to make your favorite teacher's day!

Why Aren't Celebrities Planning Their Estate?

Do you have trouble trusting lawyers? So do we...

Paul Yokabitus is an Estate Planning Lawyer in Cary, NC and he'll be your host on the show.

We know, it sounds like a bore... who wants to listen to an old man talk about estate planning on a podcast? Well that's not exactly what we're doing here.

Paul is not an old man and he refuses to put on a suit &amp; tie. He's switching up the whole "traditional" lawyer thing. (Don't worry, he's practiced for over 10,000 hours so he knows what he's doing.)

Sure we'll talk about estate planning but we're going to apply what's actually going on in the world today. We'll also have some other professionals on the show to talk shop about their perspective fields.
