Attorney General Dana Nessel announced a circuit court judge has reinstated charges against an Oxford man accused of creating false documents related to alcohol breath testing devices Tuesday, May 11.
Andrew Clark, of Oxford, was charged last year with crimes related to falsifying the documents related to tests and repairs on the DataMaster DMT devices, which measure the alcohol level of drivers suspected of drunk driving.
