Tab Pierce founded Caliber Security Partners in 2010, along with a partner with the belief that the more they helped people, the better their business and community became. However, when the winds turned turbulent, his partner & many employees jumped ship. With two loyal employees by his side, Tab decided that the only way to succeed was not giving up. Tab’s philosophy for life – hard work, honesty, and dependability continues to serve Caliber through the pandemic as it embarks on its best days yet!
