James Kandasamy, an everyday W2 employee, after 20+ years of corporate career, decided to jump into the world of entrepreneurship, albeit the brick and mortar kind. About 6 years ago, he started by building a portfolio of a handful of investment properties bringing in rental income and today, leads Achieve Investment Group which holds a portfolio of about 1700+ apartments ($130M) in Texas. James focuses on vertical integration of property management, syndication of deals & teaching others how to do it as well.
