We meet Louise Blyth, author of 'Hope is Coming', for the second time. (Catch her first episode with us here: Life After Death)
After losing her husband to bowel cancer at the age of 33, she and her 2 young boys set about understanding what life might be like without George. Louise is a shining example of how to live with grief. How it folds into your life and is able to enjoy a fulfilling and enlightened path forward.
We learn:
- The difference between grief and mourning
- Time is irrelevant in the grief process. Shed the need to be 'normal'. There are societal BS 'norms' that need to be addressed.
- Falling in love again - the fear, the mindset, the safeguarding.
- Dealing with 'the impostor': What am I feeding my soul? What did I just read? What narrative did I just digest?!
A second book is on its way so watch this space and we'll let you know when it's out!
