Martha shares some stories of growing up as young woman in a Japanese household followed by being a in an abusive marriage.  She was an ultra successful makeup artist who changed her career to help others release their expectations of perfection and still maintain a level of confidence that ultimately allows a more productive and passion driven life.  You may think you are alone in your struggles but everyone has a story and as Martha states, "your story is your super power."
