“Hell no it’s not” was Debra’s response when doctors told her it’d take 3 years for her brain to heal. Despite having to learn how to walk and talk again, in just 8 months she was back on her racing bike and stronger than ever. In Part 1 of this two-part interview we learn how Debra’s past trials prepared her for this moment: Everything from having a kleptomaniac mom to getting kicked out of home and running from relational conflict. By taking a look at all the trials Debra faced, we’ll see how they ultimately contributed to her healing, transformation, and her current life mission.
