**** From her website*** Dominique Alexandria, owner of Caribago Designs, is a spunky, beautiful, fun, vibrant woman. She has a background in graphic design; she has been creative since she was 3 years old, drawing palm trees with crayons. Her artistic dreams were almost crushed by a middle school teacher who told her, “Let it go; don’t become a basket weaver”. Thankfully, she didn’t listen and took up an art class during her lunch period to have a portfolio for college. After that, she started freelancing , landing her first official contract with a published author affiliated with her university, the Rochester Institute of Technology. The contract included a page layout and book cover artwork compilations.
