The scale might be the most common way to measure progress, but it's often the most misleading. In this episode, Coach Lexi breaks down one of the biggest mistakes she sees women make: giving the scale far too much power over how they feel about their progress.


She explains the many factors that can influence your weight from day to day, why your "ideal weight" doesn't necessarily match your ideal physique, and the importance of looking at multiple indicators of progress instead of relying on a single number.


Because real progress is about more than what the scale says—it's about how you look, feel, perform, and show up in your life.
