Joining me in today's episode I have my amazing friend, Allison Smith, who is a recently graduated physiotherapy student from Glasgow Caledonian University and has just begun practicing in a private clinic at JMC Physiocures in Lanarkshire, Glasgow. We discuss what the article has emphasized as some of the challenges physiotherapy students face as they enter into the workplace, and transitioning into their new role as an autonomous practitioner. We go into chatting about how the findings of the article have related to our own previous clinical placement experiences, and other job opportunities we had before starting our physiotherapy degree.
