As we come adjust to a new year, I wanted to share a little reminder that it’s okay to go slow. It’s okay if you aren’t endeavoring to become a newer, bigger, better of yourself. What if, instead, you decided to put down roots and grow a little bit deeper right where you are, without desiring to be different or somewhere else, or something else? What if you could decide on the path of radical acceptance for the coming year?

It’s good to want to be better. But it’s even better to love yourself in the now. It’s best when you can find that delicate balance between loving where you are, and aligning yourself with the highest version of you, knowing that everything you need is already there for you. It is you.
