Jennifer Boniface has successfully run her company, "Aunt Jeni's" for over 20 years. Over the past year and a half, Jennifer has found herself part of the FDA's continued efforts to enforce by what they call their "opinion", instead of actual regulation or law. (FDA is not suppose to regulate based on their opinion , nor are they suppose to regulate based on a compliance policy). Jennifer decided to stand up for herself, not knowing how the FDA would retaliate against her moving forward. This is her story.
