Hello! And welcome to Period Talk, where we fight period poverty one podcast at a time. This podcast is produced by We Bleed Red Movement Philippines an online campaign that aims to demystify and destigmatize the word menstruation through HEALTHY and OPEN conversations.

At this podcast we’ll be tackling anything and everything about women's health, women's bodies, women's rights, gender and development, gender issues, and of course, menstrual matters.

So if you want to be informed and educated — and maybe even challenged, then I suggest you sit back and relax and tune in on this podcast.
