For years in the business world the unspoken has been, you take care of yourself on your own time. Business culture has taken everything you've got during working hours and those hours are long and intense; especially as an entrepreneur.
This needs to change, burnout is rampant and business people who listen to lots of motivational information have been conditioned to take a stoic stance of stuffing their burnout, emotions and thoughts down deep while they "keep going." It's time for this to change.
It's time to talk about it, to get to the core of performance living, and it's not the addiction to performance.
In this podcast John Allen Mollenhauer "JAM" talks about Entrepreneurial burnout and its costs and will help you the listener walk away with at least hope (plus a lot more) that life as a business professional can be different; very different.
