Chef Tammy Maki is a Red Seal Interprovincial Endorsed Pastry Chef/Baker. A proud Saulteaux Ojibwe Kwe from White Bear First Nation in Saskatchewan, she is a product of the 60&apos;s Scoop and was adopted and raised by a Finnish family.  She has worked in some of the best hotels and resorts in Canada.  Passionate about her career and her Indigenous heritage, Raven Rising is a natural progression for her.
