In this episode, I am joined by James Turner. James is a Paralympic gold medallist and world recorder holder in the T36 800m. He had a tough start to life with his cerebral palsy making him feel different from everybody else. He has a lot of experience in both soccer and athletics as sport has been a large part of his life. James opens up about even after Rio, coming home with a gold medal and a world record still left him feeling like he wasn’t enough and the lowest he had ever felt. He shares his journey with mental health and the strategies he has learnt along the way. James was great to talk to, and it made our conversation flow so well. I’m honoured that I had the opportunity to chat with him and glad that I can share this with you
