Jessica Barst has been making jewelry for as long as she can remember. She is entirely self-taught, learning from jewelry making magazines and books in the days before the internet and YouTube. In 2006 Jessica began designing beaded jewelry for large international manufacturers.
Now Jessica has her own line of hand crafted jewelry called Bespangled Jewelry. She also has a successful jewelry making supply business, a large Youtube following and recently has started offering online courses to students all over the world.
Jessica knew she wanted a business that bypassed the typical complexities of what most small businesses face. She did not want to have employees. She wanted a business she could run from home, make her own hours and leverage herself by creating a way of marketing and having the ability to make money 24/7.

There is no doubt that entrepreneurs are visionaries, able to see what others cannot or will not dare to. Ridiculed and called crazy, only fuels the empowered entrepreneur.
The more clearly the entrepreneur's vision is, the more they can pull their destination closer.
Problems occur for the entrepreneur when they romanticize their vision and don’t have a firm understating of where they are now and a clear idea and the steps it'll take to get where they're going. Lack of clarity can lead to compromising their vision and there is a high cost of setting the bar too low.
This podcast offers insight and clarity for entrepreneurs with vision.

I have been in search of the perfect business formula all my life. As a 5th generation entrepreneur, I started my first business at age 9. I tried many different business strategies with varying degrees of success ranging from hugely profitable to devastating losses.
Trying over and over again to get it right or just plane better. Sometime succeeding financially but lacking inner fulfillment. Sometimes getting fulfillment without connecting to money.
Learning much from what NOT to do. I learned I don’t want to be in the manufacturing business, I don’t want to be in a service based business, I don’t want to have to stock something… etc
After all this trial and error, I have come up with a way for entrepreneurs to identify their unique perfect business formula. A formula that seems to work for all entrepreneurs, whatever their gifts may be.
The four pillars are purpose, passion, profits and prosperity. Listen to this broadcast and learn how to craft your perfect business formula.
