As the founder and CEO of Planable, a content review and marketing collaboration platform, Xenia works with the likes of Christian Louboutin, the United Nations and Hyundai to take the admin out of content planning and bring teams greater transparency, enjoyment and creative freedom, but the role of ‘boss’ has proven to be less ego-boosting and more soul searching than she anticipated.
