This episode I'm speaking with a Dutch nutritionist, biohacker and Wim Hof enthusiast Kiki Bosch, about a variety of different topics, such as stepping out of the comfort zone, being in control of one's own body and her captivating experiences and fascination with water. Kiki has become a viral phenomenon after Ocean Imaging uploaded a video of her swimming in a glacial lake in Iceland. She tells about her preparation for that undertaking as well as her early life, her competetive side, travelling in Latin America while coping with a tough breakup and deciding to live in Columbia for half a year. Since she studied psychology in college, Kiki has a very precise way with words, explaining how to deal with difficulties that one comes across when devoting to a bit more the cold and extreme water activities. She also makes parallels between those experiences and different mental conditions and obstacles in ordinary circumstances and day-to-day life and how it helped her become more humble, stable and satisfied with her life. Make sure you listen to her interesting and helpful story!
