Rachele Lopez’s world was turned upside down after studying abroad in Belize and knew that she wanted more than what a classroom could offer. Her Mexican candy and tajin helped flavor her 3 years of service in Zambia where she worked in aquaculture projects, and spent a great deal working in malaria education and youth empowerment.
