Trademark, design, and trade secrets are the essential IP rights for startups. That's why I talked with Dr. Philipe Kutschke from Munich based company Bardehle Pagenberg. Dr. Kutschke mostly works with start-ups and SMEs. He is one of the best experts in IP matters relating to trademark, design, copyright and competition law, as well as the protection of trade secrets.
