God did not create any being empty, including the birds and beasts of the field; He equipped you and I with gifts, talents, so much ability to do great things. And that's the demonstration Jesus expressed to us in Matthew 25 : 14- the Parable of the talent.
God hates unfruitfulness - therefore He urges us to be fruitful. Not being fruitful as a child of God is a violation of mandate and disobedient to command.
