As someone who wishes the enter the digital space for her future career, Mackenzie begins this three-part series to talk about her experience with social media thus far and what she’s learned from being apart of several online communities. Part One narrows in on the years 2011-2013, up until the day Mackenzie posted her first YouTube video. She explains all the events and motives that lead her to that pivotal moment by highlighting the people that brought her there as well as emphasizing the idea of being bold and ‘shooting your shot’.
