Blake Bolden is a star women’s hockey player that was the first ever African American to play in the National Women’s Hockey League. She then went on to become the second ever female scout in the NHL currently working with the L.A. Kings and also works for ESPN as an NHL reporter.

She is a trailblazer beyond the ice as we chat about her upbringing as a minority in hockey, responsibilities as a role model to so many young kids, being an NHL scout, life on TV and her brand Becoming Bold aiming to inspire the next generation.
