Through my breathing and cold exposure practice, I have learned to give my attention to the present moment and be connected to all of my senses with a heightened sense of awareness. This way of being serves me well in my daily life. This action will take me out of my 'monkey mind' where I am lost in thought with my worries, my past, or future events.
