CMO and chair of the Sustainability Committee at IWC Schaffhausen, Franziska Gsell is welcomed by host Paul Ripke and discusses sustainability, her career in a male driven industry, and her recipe for success. She always showed a strong interest in people; staying curious and trying to understand others has brought her where she is today. But it seems the businesswomen was always meant to end up at IWC. Born in Schaffhausen, she has always had a strong connection to the brand and chance has decreed that Gsell performed as a 4-year-old ballerina on the same stage where she welcomed her IWC team years later as CMO.
