Have you ever heard the term "Highly Sensitive Person" or "Highly Sensitive Child ? Or also knows as HSP / HSC? I hadn't either until about a year ago when I came across this topic. I was floored when I started reading about the traits and characteristics of the HSP and determined that it described me so well and why I often saw and felt things so differently than others.

My guest on today's show also relates to the HSP. We talk about these traits and how it affected her life and how she harnessed that in herself . This is a two part episode where we cover a range of topics including the HSP, parenting, and relationships.
