Schroeder is the executive director of a non-profit that supports at risk and and underserved women in the Washington DC area and has extensive history and experience in the non-profit and support sector.  Her outlook on the current crisis is both grounded and uplifting.  She shares with us some of her experiences and insight on how non-profits and those serving  the most at risk in our society are navigating the pandemic and its fallout.
