From catchphrases to mannerisms to flat out stealing the jokes we heard on last night's episode, America embraces the cultism of infotainment media like none other. I'm setting the stage for the next several episodes dealing with the critical period that brought us some of the best and worst pop culture has to offer - and how that pop culture impacted our overall culture and led us to where we are today.
