April "The Boss" Ross has been a winner & a champion her whole life. Aprils is a 2x Olympic medalist & multiple AVP & FIVB world champion. She had back to back championships in college, she was the Gatorade player of the year in high school. Even with all of her trophies, all of her medals, all of her awards & accolades she still had to work through negative self-talk.
