Over The Influence is back! And this series, it's all about you...
In every episode in Series 2, BBC broadcast journalist Sharon Hartley and Guinness World Record holder Freddie Bennett invite a different guest on to the podcast who have in some way inspired their own alcohol free journeys, from AF authors to inspirational Instagrammers.
In the final episode of Series 2 Shaz, Freddie and producer Background Ben reflect on what they've learned from the guests this series. Of course, the series has featured some of the biggest names from the AF community in terms of authors and experts (William Porter, Craig Beck and Andy Ramage) but it's also featured some ordinary people with extraordinary stories (Susan Laurie, The Gay Sober, The Sober Fish & Delroy Taylor).
The series started with a spring chicken - Michael Brown, who's in his early 30s - and it ended with one too, with Lucy Spraggan (who's in her late 20s) wrapping up this series. It's fabulous to see that younger people are seeing the benefits of going alcohol-free and not only that, but are using their platforms to inspire others.
