This first episode of Over the Hill features Aya Waller-Bey, a Georgetown class of 2014 graduate who is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Aya's doctoral research focuses on the various challenges and inequities that black students face during the college admissions process.&nbsp;
