What do we “know” about American pre-colonists? Not as much as we think. Many of the indigenous peoples of America used oral traditions to pass along knowledge...and sometimes it’s hard to determine where the stories end and the history begins. But there is evidence, in terms of skeletal remains and ancient structures to go along with some of these oral traditions that MAY tell you of a different history than you would expect.
