For the last episode of 2021, we have on Kate Williams who is the ice cream connoisseur behind Kate's Ice Cream. Based in Portland, Oregon, Kate's is vegan ice cream focused on elevating your favorite childhood flavors like Triple Chocolate Brownie and Salted Peanut Butter Brittle. They also  collaborate with women and minority owned businesses as well as sourcing seasonal ingredients from local farmers in the PNW.
