Lauren is an environmental activist and video producer. She has worked with brands such as Grove, HeyHumans, and Imperfect Foods. To her growing online community, she shares her tips for eating more plants, voting with your dollar, and one of my favorites, her "But make it sustainable" series. In this episode, Lauren talks about how she is using her film production experience and social media to bring awareness and empower positive climate action. Why individual actions aren't the only thing that we need to be focusing on and she also shares her own journey in the climate movement and her gems for becoming an activist.
